Nexstream respects copyright and responds to valid takedown notices promptly.

A valid notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to dmca@nexstream.example. We will remove or disable access to verified material and notify the uploading party.

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with an equivalent statement and consent to jurisdiction.
