By accessing Nexstream you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts: you are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

Content: all titles, galleries and artwork are protected by copyright and licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Downloading, re-uploading, screen recording or redistributing content is prohibited.

Premium access: premium and paid titles are unlocked for the duration of your entitlement. Entitlements are non-transferable.

Availability: titles may be added or removed as licences change. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination: we may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that are used for fraudulent activity.
